This amazing place was just 15 minutes of drive for me. It's incredible and quite place. No turists, just few people walking their dogs. When you're driving the upper road, you can stand on top of the cliffs and enjoying the beautiful view. When you're driving thru Kilkee and following the beach road you'll end up in tiny car park next to the cute coffee place. Then you'll walk just little bit further and there it is. You can easily climb the rock or just walk around. It's just beautiful there.
